LentiLab Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Scope of Service

These terms govern use of the LentiLab iOS app and related in-app features distributed via Apple's App Store ecosystem.

2. License

Subject to compliance with these terms and Apple platform rules, users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LentiLab.

3. In-App Purchase and Entitlement

LentiLab may provide one-time purchase unlocks for advanced features. Billing, refunds, and payment processing follow Apple's StoreKit and App Store policies.

4. User Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that imported and exported content is lawful and that you have sufficient rights to use such content.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked materials without rights holder permission
• Using the app in ways that violate applicable laws or platform policies
• Reverse-engineering, exploiting, or disrupting app stability/security mechanisms

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. The publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app usage.

7. Ownership and Brand Statement

LentiLab branding, app design, source implementation, and legal pages are independently created and managed by the app publisher.
